What are the Chakras?

Chakras are energy centers in the body that, according to ancient yogic traditions, help regulate our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. There are seven main chakras, each aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. When balanced, they allow energy to flow freely, promoting harmony and health. If blocked, they can lead to imbalances in different areas of life. Each chakra is associated with specific qualities, such as creativity, love, or intuition.
