Welcome to a practice designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and awaken your creativity. My method integrates different styles of yoga, introspective reflection, and creative expression — a holistic approach that helps you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session follows a gentle, intentional flow, guiding you through a guided grounding breathing, mindful movement, creative exploration, and prepares for calming rest.
You don’t need prior experience — just a willingness to show up for yourself.
1. Grounding & Reflection
Finding a comfortable space, setting the mood for a peaceful practice like using candles, soft clothes or dimn lights.
We begin each session by arriving fully in the present moment.
Through a grounding body scan and guided reflection, you will check in with your breath, emotions, and physical sensations.

I invite you to explore three key questions: ✨ How do I feel today? ✨ What does my body need? ✨ What emotions are present within me?
When we pause to listen, we cultivate self-awareness. This simple act of reflection creates a safe space where you can acknowledge, release, and reset.

2. Yoga Poses to Balance, Release & Reconnect
Once we are grounded, we move into yoga asanas — designed to balance yin (soft, passive energy) and yang (dynamic, active energy). During these phase I combine:
✨ Gentle movement to open the body and release tension ✨ Restorative poses held for 2+ minutes to calm the nervous system ✨ Deep stretches to support the hips, back, and legs ✨ Breathwork to activate inner peace and relaxation
Movement is medicine. It helps us release the stress and emotions stored in our bodies, letting go of what we no longer need and making space for renewal in a mindful flow connected to our breath.
3. Creative Exploration
After releasing physical tension, we tap into our creative essence. Through a free, playful creative prompt, you’ll express yourself without judgment — whether by drawing, writing, or simply creating with clay, colors or paint.
✨ Let go of perfectionism ✨ Observe your thoughts and feelings as they arise ✨ Reconnect with your inner child and sense of play
Creativity is a gateway to emotional release. When we give ourselves permission to explore freely, we process emotions, uncover insights, and reconnect with joy.
4. Gratitude & Deep Rest
To close the session, we shift into a gratitude practice—reflecting on three things: ✨ Something that happened today that you’re grateful for ✨ Something you did for yourself or others ✨ Something you have in your life that brings you joy
We then surrender into Savasana—a deep, restful pose supported by calming scents, meditative music, and silence. This is a moment to integrate, receive, and simply be.
✨ Ending with three affirmations for deep peace, renewal, and self-acceptance.
Why this matters: Gratitude rewires the brain for positivity, while deep rest allows the body and mind to fully reset—leaving you feeling light, centered, and at peace.
“Almost everything comes full circle when we pause long enough to see it.”
